These particular pumps have the same structure as vacuum pumps and low pressure vane compressors; they exploit the principle of a second additional suction in order to have a certain quantity of flow and pressure of blown air, when the vacuum is generated with the main suction. The flow rates range from 16 to 250 m3 / h.
Characteristics of the combined pumps
The construction form can be monobloc with flow rates up to 60 m3 / h and with rotor supported by bearings and coupled to the electric motor via a transmission joint for flow rates from 60 m3 / h to rise.
The vacuum and pressure values, in most cases, are /- 0.6 bar. The main applications of the combined pumps are those of the graphic, paper converting and screen printing sector.
